Christmas Gifts for Your Husband
For the man who says he does not want anything, and means it slightly less than he thinks.

"I don't need anything" is usually true and almost never the whole truth. What it generally means is that he has stopped keeping a list, not that there is nothing he would enjoy.
Three places to look, in order of how reliably they work.
The thing he uses constantly and has not replaced
He has a version of it. It works. It is worse than it should be, and he has decided that is fine, which is why he will never buy the better one himself.
The test: does he touch it most days, and is the one he owns slightly annoying? That is the gift.
The hobby he has quietly stopped spending on
This is the richest seam and the easiest to miss. Most people with a hobby go through a phase of buying nothing for it — not because the interest went, but because money went elsewhere for a few years.
A small, correct piece of kit for a thing he already does lands harder than a large gift for a thing he might like. It also says you were paying attention, which is the actual message.
Something you do together
Same warning as anywhere else: book it. An experience you have to arrange together is a plan, not a present.
The cheap one that works more often than it should
Men are, on average, given fewer sentimental gifts than they would like. Not none — fewer. This costs nothing and is kept.
What to skip
A gift that is a hint. Running shoes for a man who does not run.
Gadgets for the sake of it. If he did not know it existed, he probably does not want it.
Anything that needs a subscription to keep working unless you are paying for the subscription too.
And if he genuinely will not say
Give him the list problem rather than the gift problem. Ask for three things at any price — most people find that much easier than "what do you want", because it is a question with an obvious shape.
